Hope is my favorite bartender. She’s super cute, a bit sassy, and has a great personality. Everything you want in a bartender always attentive and super caring to anyone’s needs and always lending an ear to a bad day

Caroline is a great server! Few times we dined in and she always takes care of us. We are happy to see her as our waitress.

Hope actually saved my family from a fire, Then extinguished us individually. She then carried all 5 of us to the nearest emergency room. The doctor was in shock. She pushed the doctor out of the way and then proceeded to perform first AID on all of us. She also paid all of our medical bills and nursed us back to health. Thank you hope.

Maria was a wonderful bartender!! Had a great experience and delicious food! Will definitely be coming back. Only suggestion would be to get a better wine selections.

I went in there as I was visiting some friends down in edwardsville, and one of them said we should try hotshots. So we went and sat down and my waitresses name was Kate, she was super sweet and attentive to me and all of my buddies always had full drinks and really delicious food, and actually ended up making all of my buddies and I laugh! Overall one of the best waitresses i’ve ever had and will definitely be recommending her to any of my friends that visit Edwardsville!

I went there during happy hour with some friends. They had good deals on food which was really tasty. I wasn’t drinking since I had to drive and I wasn’t charged for my multiple sodas I had during the evening which was a pleasant surprise.

We had a fantastic time at hot shots as always. You can’t beat a 5 macho mug. Hope is an amazing server I wish we could have her everytime.

My first time at Hot Shots, Edwardsville last night, visiting from the UK. What a busy bar full of mostly younger people and a few older ones. What a great vibe, the place is busy and the server was very friendly. Sometimes there are incidents in bars, and I did witness some younger visitors in the bar, giving some grief to the staff and an older man who was drunk upsetting some other visitors. I have to say, that the staff and management dealt with both situations professionally and without fuss. Well done. I will return to this bar as it does have a great atmosphere and friendly staff.
